About This Role
You coordinate delivery from kickoff through handover — keeping scope, schedule, and deliverable quality under control while acting as the client's main point of communication.
What You Will Do
- Plan and coordinate delivery for GRC, VAPT, and security engineering engagements.
- Build schedules, manage resource allocation, and track progress against milestones.
- Act as the client's primary contact: regular updates, meeting notes, and issue escalation.
- Quality-check every deliverable before it goes to the client.
- Manage project risk, scope changes, and closeout documentation.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years in project management, ideally within IT or security.
- Ability to run several parallel projects against tight deadlines.
- Strong client communication in both Indonesian and English.
- Comfortable with project management tooling and structured status reporting.
- A sharp eye when reviewing technical documents and reports.
