You handle the company's operational legal work — from service contracts and NDAs through to data protection compliance. The role works closely with our delivery and business development teams.
What You Will Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate service contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure company compliance with Indonesia's PDP Law (No. 27 of 2022) and related regulation.
- Maintain corporate documents, licensing, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risk across client engagements.
- Give practical legal guidance to the delivery and business development teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Law degree with at least 2 years of corporate or commercial legal experience.
- Track record drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in Indonesian and English.
- Understanding of Indonesian personal data protection regulation.
- High attention to detail and the ability to explain legal issues concisely to non-lawyers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
- Familiarity with OJK or Kominfo/Komdigi sectoral regulation.
- Experience with cross-border data processing agreements (DPAs).
