You own the employee lifecycle from hiring through development, while keeping a healthy working culture intact in a fast-growing team.
What You Will Do
- Run end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interview scheduling, and offers.
- Manage new-hire onboarding plus HR administration and payroll.
- Design employee development programs, training, and certification paths.
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor regulation.
- Drive culture and employee engagement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years as an HR generalist or in talent acquisition.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulation and personnel administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound handling of confidential information.
- Organized, comfortable running many parallel processes.
- Good communication in both Indonesian and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting technology or cybersecurity talent.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
